Dr. Rizwan Khan, DO, FACOI, FACN
Dr Khan grew up locally in the greater Orlando area and attended High School at Winter Park High School. He completed his undergraduate training at University of Central Florida and received his Bachelors in Biology and Health Sciences. Dr Khan attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL for his medical education. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology (study of kidney diseases, hypertension and electrolyte management). Dr. Khan has a passion for patient-centered care and a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to treating chronic illnesses. He believes in holistic care and preventive measures, striving to provide the best possible treatment for his patients. He is a dedicated healthcare professional with expertise in inpatient hospital settings, critical care management, and outpatient patient care with a strong emphasis on utilizing holistic and functional medicine approaches for the well-being of his patients.
Rowe Weiss, APRN
Rowena Montojo-Weiss is an autonomous practice, board-certified advanced practice family nurse practitioner who specializes in direct primary care and concierge medicine. With over 20 years of hospital critical care nursing experience, she was at the forefront during the healthcare crisis. In this role, she worked with patients to improve their health outcomes but learned that change is hard, even in the face of real dire risk to health and happiness, and that current mainstream treatments are not the only answer. This motivated her to seek new solutions, which she found in Functional Medicine and Health Coaching. She has completed training programs in Anti-Aging, Pain Management, and Aesthetics, and she combines her training and coaching skills to help clients. She is constantly seeking new opportunities to optimize health and promote wellness.
